meet the teachers
Veronica Castillo has taught at Christ the King School since 2005. Veronica served as the seventh grade teacher for a year before going down to teach fifth grade in 2006 for nine years. When the position to teach kindergarten was available in 2015, Veronica gladly took the position that she loves.
Veronica graduated from California State University, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts in Child Development. She attended Mount Saint Mary’s University to obtain her Multiple Subject Credential. Veronica loves spending time with her family. She has two children and currently resides in Los Angeles with her husband, Alonso. She enjoys leisure walks along the beach. Veronica believes that kindergarten should be the place where children develop a lifelong love of learning. She believes that every student is a gift from God and feels incredibly blessed to be working in such a warm and supportive community. |
