New Applicants must submit the following:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Records
- Most recent report card (for those applying for second grade and up)
- Catholic applicants must submit certificates of Baptism and First Holy Communion, if applicable.
Completed applications & required documents can be emailed to [email protected] or brought directly to the school office.
